Terms and conditions are the legal agreement between you (either an
individual or, if purchased or otherwise acquired by or for an

(a) “Company” means SC Scriptoid SRL located in Breazu, Iassy, Romania, which owns all the rights for the ABCTimeTracking Application and ABCTimeTracking.com site.
(b) “Software” means the Company’s software ABCTimeTracking and all the associated data.
(c) “Site” means the ABCTimeTracking.com site.
(d) “You” (or “Your”) shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License.
2. Account creation.
When creating an account you are bound to do as follows:
a) give the real, accurate and exhaustive data about yourself/your firm, the way the are required in the registration form on the site;
b) maintain and update, when necessary, the registration data in order for them to be real, accurate and exhaustive.
If the registration data is not accurate, the site administrators reserve the right to refuse the registration, to erase from the database all information you have introduces and refuse all other attempt to use this site again. The invalidation and the deletion are to be done without previous notice to the user.
3. Site Services
The site is meant to provide a basic electronic system for fast and easy time tracking for companies and individuals.
4. Service’s price
Price is 2€ (for EU countries) or $2 for non-EU countries.
5. License Grants
a) You may use the site abctimetracking.com and the online product entitled ABCTimeTracking in good faith, for managing your projects with your team or clients.
b) You have the right to create accounts and projects on the site. The limited rights for every project you create will be described at the project creation time.
c) You are solely responsible for the content of your account and your projects and you must see that this content is legal and ethic.
d) Your rights under this license are non-exclusive, meaning that you have only rights deriving from using a version of the product. The company is and remains the solely owner of the product and has all the rights deriving from this (for example, but not limited to, copyright and intellectual property rights).
e) The product or the site might contain online advertising added by the Company at its free will. The user agrees to having online advertising in the pages of his account and of his projects.
6.
License Restrictions
(a)
You may not make or distribute copies of the site or imitate the site
content.
(b) You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or
translate the site content, or decompile, reverse engineer,
disassemble the site.
(c) You may not gain or defer any right
you have gained because of the License.
(d) You may not modify
the site or create derivative works based upon the site. In case of
modifying the site, you admit that you have no rights over the added
or resulting code, which remains or/and becomes entirely the Company
property.
(e) You may not disclose any technical non-public
information about the site obtained by using a version of it or by
any other way.
f) Violation of any of the terms of this
agreement may result in the termination of your account(s), deletion
of your data from the database and in further access denial to the
product or site.
7.
Limited Warranty and Liability
a)
The company holds no responsibility for the data loss (and any
deriving consequences, such as, but not limited to profit loss,
business interruption) supported by the user and you – the user –
agree to that, as the Company does not grant that the product is
error free, uninterrupted or secure.
b) The Company cannot be
responsible for the Content posted by the users and you agree the you
might be exposed to such materials.
c) You agree to use the
product at your own risk.
d) The Software is not designed,
intended or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring
fail-safe controls, including without limitation, the design,
construction, maintenance or operation airports, life support
systems, communications, power facilities and so on. The Company
specifically disclaims any express or implied warranty of fitness for
such purposes.
7. Email correspondence
You agree to receive emails from the Company on the email address you’ve indicated in the user registration form on the site. These emails will contain messages related the site, to the Software or to other products or services promoted by the company.

Product modifications
The
company reserves right to modify the product at any time or
discontinue, temporarily or not, the its use (or any part thereof)
with or without notice.
9.
Jurisdiction
These
terms & conditions shall be governed by the internal laws of
Romania, without giving effect to principles of conflict of laws. You
hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state
courts sitting in city of Iassy, Romania, to resolve any disputes
arising under these terms & conditions. In each case these terms
& conditions shall be construed and enforced without regard to
the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods or
to any other international convention.
10.
Agreement
These
terms & conditions contains the complete agreement between the
parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all
prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral
or written. You agree that any varying or additional terms contained
in any purchase order or other written notification or document
issued by you in relation to the site shall be of no effect. The
failure or delay of the Company to exercise any of its rights under
these terms & conditions or upon any breach of these terms &
conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the
breach.
If any provision of these terms & conditions shall
be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law,
that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible,
and the remaining provisions of these terms & conditions will
remain in full force and effect.
The Company reserves the right to update and change this agreement from time to time without notice. Continued use of the product after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
